Credit Application — SSN Visibility
Controls whether staff viewing a saved credit application can see the customer's Social Security Number. The full 9-digit SSN is never stored on this server either way (FTC Safeguards Rule) — only the last 4 digits are kept for matching. This toggle controls whether that last 4 digits is shown at all.

State Payroll Tax Rates
Income-tax withholding rates/brackets are sourced from each state's official tax authority and shown for reference — they're set by law, not something you'd normally edit. State Unemployment (SUI) rate and wage base are genuinely employer-specific (based on your experience rating) — enter your real notice from the state if it differs from the shown default. Only states with an active payroll employee (or an existing override) are listed.
